Busy

I'm going to have a busy week.  Literally all of my classes have condensed it's due date to somewhere along the 19th of November.  Is that some sort of tradition because I've noticed the trend.  Well, ya gotta do what ya gotta do.

In addition, I'm trying to complete an oil painting for a competition the cover of Viet Tide Magazine.  First place gets $2000; place gets $1000; and third place gets $500.  The deadline is November 20, and it's getting frustrating for me to complete it because I've just gotten the magazine last week, read throught its criteria, and now this outside workload is piling up with my already busy schedule.  Although I only have 12 units this semester, sometimes the classes take so much time and energy  to keep up, especially art classes.  I'll have to hang in there.  If I get 3rd place in the contest, I'll be thrilled.  I know there are a lot of talented artists out there, and I'm only one grain of sand compared other talented fine artists out there.  However, I'll be aiming for first prize, and it doesn't hurt to give it a shot--minus the added stress...
